How do I determine the right size for my Walkaroo footwear?
We provide a comprehensive size guide on every product page. We recommend measuring your foot length in centimeters and comparing it to our chart to ensure a perfect fit.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 7-day hassle-free return and exchange policy. Items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and with all tags intact to qualify for a full refund or replacement.
How long does shipping typically take?
Orders are generally processed within 24-48 hours. Depending on your location, delivery usually takes between 3 to 7 business days.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular mobile wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for most pin codes.
Are Walkaroo products covered by a warranty?
Yes, all our footwear comes with a 30-day manufacturing warranty that covers structural defects. This does not include regular wear and tear or damage caused by misuse.
How should I clean and maintain my shoes?
For synthetic and mesh pairs, a damp cloth with mild soap is recommended. Avoid machine washing or direct sunlight during drying to preserve the material integrity.
