At Walkaroo Footwear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new shoes aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in unworn, original condition.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack Your Footwear
Place the unworn shoes back in their original Walkaroo box along with all tags and the purchase invoice.
Schedule a Pickup
Once your request is approved, our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48 hours to collect the package.
Quality Check and Refund
After a successful quality inspection at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
